Healthy Parks, Healthy People Initiative

As part of Aramark, we support the National Park Service’s “Healthy Parks, Healthy People” initiative. Our menus feature vegetarian, low-fat, and gluten-free options, using mostly sustainable, locally sourced, and organic ingredients. Our beef, chicken, and pork come from regional farms with minimal hormones or antibiotics, and we use zero trans fat oils and healthy cooking practices. By partnering with local companies, we support the regional economy and reduce our carbon footprint. Fresh, not processed, products are used throughout our kitchen, and our children’s menu focuses on healthy choices instead of fried or processed foods.
