Know Before You Go!

There is a lot to do and see when visiting Bryce Canyon National Park, plan your trip out ahead of time and avoid the stress! Below is important travel information and policies:

Lodging Info. & Policies

Check-In: 4:00pm
Check-Out: 11:00am

Payment Policy: The first night stay is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due at time of arrival.

Deposit Policy: A deposit equal to the first night’s room charge plus applicable taxes is required for each room at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations/changes made less than 72 hours prior to 4:00 PM local time on arrival date will forfeit the full deposit.

Reservation Changes: Dates of stay for a reservation may be changed based on current availability. Your reservation is subject to a new rate for new dates of stay. Any changes made to your reservation may result in a rate change and payment due upon arrival.

Extra Person Policy: All room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional person charge of $15.00 per night per person

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted inside The Lodge at Bryce Canyon, with the exception of service animals. Pets are permitted within the park, but with regulations. Pets are only permitted on paved surfaces within Bryce Canyon National Park. For more information, please read here.

Smoking Policy: The Lodge at Bryce Canyon is a nonsmoking property.

WiFi: Public WiFi available at the Main Lodge only

In keeping with the park's desire to maintain its uniquely tranquil setting, our rooms do not have televisions, WiFi, or air conditioning. We do provide fans.

Laundry: The General Store has a coin-operated laundry which is open from 9:00 am until about 5:00 pm (for the last load).

Showers: The General Store has a pay-per-shower area for men and women, open from 9:00 am to about 6:00 pm - Last shower at 5:45 pm. Click here for up to date hours >


Cell Phone Service

Please be aware that cell service for calls or texting is extremely limited in the park. Depending on your provider, you may not be able to make or receive calls during your visit.


Shuttle Services

The Bryce Canyon Shuttle has been providing public transportation for visitors to some of the park's bests sports for over 2 decades. Both for use by day visitors and hikers alike, the shuttle is both convenient and helps reduce congestion. Gas Stations

The nearest location to get fuel is approximately three miles outside of the National Park.
