- Payment Policy: The first night stay is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of arrival.
- Deposit Policy: A deposit equal to the first night’s room charge plus applicable taxes is required for each room at the time of reservation.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations/changes made less than 72 hours prior to 4:00 PM local time on arrival date will forfeit the full deposit.
- Reservation Changes: Dates of stay for a reservation may be changed based on current availability. Your reservation is subject to a new rate for new dates of stay. Any changes made to your reservation may result in a rate change and payment due upon arrival.
- Extra Person Policy: All room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional people accrue a charge of $15.00 per night per person.
- Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted inside The Lodge at Bryce Canyon, with the exception of service animals. Pets are permitted within the park, but with regulations. For more information, please read here.
- Smoking Policy: The Lodge at Bryce Canyon is a non-smoking property.
- WiFi: Public Wi-Fi is available at the Main Lodge only. In keeping with the park’s desire to maintain its uniquely tranquil setting, guest rooms do not include in-room Wi-Fi or televisions.
- Air Conditioning: Guest rooms do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.
- Laundry: The General Store offers coin-operated laundry which is open from 9:00 AM until about 5:00 PM (for the last load).
- Showers: The General Store features a pay-per-shower area for men and women, open from 9:00 AM to about 6:00 PM - Last shower starts at 5:45 PM. View Updated Hours
- Cashless Operations Notice: Please note that all locations at The Lodge at Bryce Canyon operate as cash-free. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Pet & Housekeeping Policy: Pets are allowed in Traditional Rooms only with a $30.00 non-refundable fee required per pet, per night. This fee is collected at check in. Excessive cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied for any rooms that require deodorizing for cigarette/cigar smoke, or excessive pet cleaning, or professional carpet cleaning. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the room. Pets should not be left unattended or tied up outside on patio or balcony. Housekeepers will not clean the room if pet is left inside unattended.
